Improve Profit

Dreaming about starting your own business but aren't sure how? You aren't alone in feeling unsure about how to takwill.

At the end of the year, most people are in dual modes of looking back at how their business did over the past year and looking forward to what can be improved in the New Year. It’s probably time to blow the dust off your old business plan and see what’s missing. Most likely, there’s room for significant improvement. Here are three ideas to craft a fresh and effective business plan for 2012.

1. Make a plan for social media. if you haven't fully divided into the social media pool, risk missing outn ona curical marketing tool, u also risk apparing behind the times to social networking shows u want 2 communicate with ur custmers whenever and whereever. if u r not an expert in the field, then find someone who is. take a SCORE webiner on social media or find aworkshop in your area.

2. Make a plan B. Especially in today's uncertain economy, it's important 2 have some backup plans and some flexibility in ur target market, ur product/service focus or both. describe possible situvations that might occur and how u will respond. Make a plan: if the market goes on way, u will go this way. if ur service become obsolete, here's how u'll make it current.

3.Include ur clean understanding of ur market: What sets u apart from other businises in ur industry? Here's the place 2 brag about who u r an important player in the industry. wheather ur preapreing this businise plan 2 attract new vendors or ur trying 2 get financing, it is important 2 list aii ur product or service that  than ur competitor-and if u don't , u'd better learn
